Sarpanch Killed In Sopore
Srinagar, January 11: Unknown militants fired upon sarpanch, Habibullah Mir son of Mohammad Akbar Mir resident of Gooripora Bomie, Sopore, in the jurisdiction of Police station Bomie in his house compound. He was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sopore in serious condition where he succumbed to his injuries. The body of deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites. Police has registered a case in this regard.
