Curfew in Sgr areas today
In the wake of killing of two youth in Army firing at Chattergam yesterday and subsequent call for shutdown by separatist organizations, the authorities have decided to impose curfew in several areas of Srinagar on Wednesday.
“There will be curfew in areas falling under police stations Khanyar, Nowhatta, Mahraj Gunj, Rainawari, Safakadal and Nowgam,” Senior Superintendent of Police, Srinagar, Amit Kumar told . “The measure has been taken to maintain law and order.”
