25 Pilgrims hurt in accident while returning from Vaishno Devi

As many as 25 Vaishno Devi pilgrims were injured when the bus they were travelling in skidded off the road and rolled down a gorge in Reasi district, police said.
A police official said that ill fated bus (No. JK02X-9817) was on its way to Katra from Uttar Pradesh when the driver of the vehicle lost control near Nomain, a few kilometers away from Katra town.
He said the injured pilgrims were rushed to nearby hospitals from where critically injured were referred to the Government Medical College (GMC) hospital in Jammu.
The critically injured pilgrims were identified as Yashraj (37) son of Lt. Raghu Raj of Sultanpur Uttar Pradesh (UP), Rishi Dev (16) son of Jatinder Kumar resident of UP, Namita Shukla (28) wife of Amrinder Shukla resident of Sultanpur UP, Ashwani Raj (18) son of Shiv Nath Singh resident of Delhi and Ram Kuber (59) son of Gori Yadav resident of Delhi.
The others have been admitted to the Community Health Centre at Katra and were identified as Ram Rati (55) wife of Ram Kamar Yadav, Ram Kewal (62) son of Ram Nath, Amrinder Shukla (28) son of Jag Parshad, Sant Ram (22) son of Dharmu, Bhadur son of Tri Bhawan Dutt and Suryansh (4) son of Amrinder Shulka. All are resident of resident of UP.
Hari Shankar Shah (42) son of Janak Shah, Sipra (25) wife of Vinay, Shanti Devi (60) wife of Madan Lal, Nilam (45) wife of Surinder Kumar, Sharda (38) Asha Ram, Vikas (16) son of Surinder Kumar, Radhe Sham (17) son of Sat Narayan, Parul (16) daughter of Manoj Kumar Yadav, Ajay Kumar Yadav (35) son of Dev Narayan Panday, Gayatri (21) Kan Yadav, Neelam Singh (42) son of ShivNath Singh, Suman (28) wife of Radhe Sham, Jin Kaniya (64) wife of Sant Ram Yadav and Rajeev (30) son of Ram Lalan Yadav all residents of Delhi.
