Snowfall paralyzed broadband internet, mobile in Kashmir

Recent snowfall in Kashmir valley has again led to the major disruption in the BSNL networks with the subscribers left in lurch.

In Srinagar alone, a daylong snowfall has punctured the claims of the BSNL of providing hassle free services to the subscribers.

The broadband services in the summer capital remained erratic throughout the day on Tuesday with the mobile users against over the continuous call drops and ‘not reachable’ mantra.

Subscribers said that the BSNL authorities have once again proved how much care they have in providing what they claim the un-disrupted supplies to masses. They said that the landlines, mobiles and broadband services of the BSNL remain affected throughout the day and that the authorities, like always, care a little about betterment of the services.

Subscribers have appealed the state government to resolve the issue so that they could receive services as much as they pay for them.
