Inhabitants of Muslimabad Lane 3, Tengpora Byepass have expressed resentment over failure of authorities to dewater the area.
A delegation from the area led by Bilal Bashir Bhat said due to water-logging, the inhabitants face immense problems.“After rains for even a day, the colony is water-logged. Due to persistent water-logging, our houses have been rendered weak and can collapse anytime.
Children and aged persons face problems to venture out due to water-logging. Despite reminders, the authorities have failed to take any measures to address the problem. We appeal our MLA Noor Muhammad Sheikh to look into the matter,” they said.
