In this dynamic role, you’ll play a pivotal role in building new client relationships, exceeding their expectations, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation & New Client / Customer acquisition along with strong business expansion & development.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their travel aspirations, budget constraints, and preferred travel styles.
- Leverage your expertise to curate personalized itineraries that exceed client expectations and deliver unforgettable travel experiences.
- Negotiate and secure the most competitive rates for flights, accommodations, tours, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel planning process, ensuring client satisfaction from initial inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand JKL Travels’ client base.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging destinations, and best practices in travel planning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrably successful experience as a Travel Consultant or a related role.
- Proven ability to exceed client expectations and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and online reservation systems.
- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to create extraordinary experiences for clients.
