District admin asks flood victims to complete formalities

District administration has asked the flood victims whose houses were partially or severely damaged in floods last year to complete formatives for receive NDMA relief into their bank accounts.

“It is for the information of general public who were affected due to floods of September 2014 and have already received Cheques for partial and severely damaged residential houses to complete formalities.

Those flood victims who have not submitted their 16 digit Bank Account Numbers/ Bank Statements till date, are advised to deposit the same in the office of concerned Tehsils i.e. Tehsil Hazratbal South, Eidgah, Khanyar, Shaltang, Chanapora and Pantha Chowk of district Srinagar within three days positively between 10 a.m to 5 p.m. to facilitate crediting of relief from NDMA into their Bank Accounts,” an official communiqué said.
