Stop goods supply to Kashmir: Ram Sena to Jammu traders

The right wing Shri Ram Sena (SRS) has advised Jammu based business community to stop the supply of goods to Kashmir for a week, so that political parties and traders there evolve consensus on implementation of GST.
Talking to reporters here on Tuesday, state president, Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan said, “Once goods supply to Kashmir Valley would be suspended the traders in Valley will face huge loss and will change their mindset and prefer implementation of GST in the state.”

Rajiv also asked the business community from Valley to “decide whether they want to continue doing trade with Jammu or not.” “We are peace-loving people. We have good business ties with Kashmir traders,” Rajiv said and asked Jammu traders to stop goods supply to valley if Kashmir traders refuse to implement GST in the State.
He said the J&K Government has so far failed to implement GST in the state, particularly after opposition from political parties, business community and civil society groups in the Kashmir Valley.
