Clashes erupted in degree college anantnag over tricolor hosting
Massive clashes erupted between the students of Boys Degree College Anantnag and the state government forces on Wednesday after police tried to unfurl the tricolor during a police sports festival event in the College premises.
Kashmir Post has learnt that the unfurling of the tricolor irked students who stormed the podium and ransacked chairs, canopies and started pelting stones on the state government force police personnel.
Eyewitnesses told Kashmir Post that intense pro-freedom sloganeering, stone pelting and tear gas shelling is going on currently inside the campus.
