One way traffic on Oct 30, Oct 31, Nov 7 & 8 : IG Traffic
Accordingly to IGP Traffic, in view of closing of Darbar Move offices at Srinagar on 30th and 31st October 2015, it has been decided to permit only down convoys from Srinagar to Jammu for two days viz October 31st and November 1st 2015 on NHW-IA.
No up convoy from Jammu to Srinagar shall be permitted on the said dates under any circumstances. Army and para-military force convoys shall also not be allowed to ply from Jammu to Srinagar on the said dates.
Similarly, it has been decided to permit down convoys from Srinagar to Jammu on 7th and 8th November 2015 on NHW-IA to facilitate smooth movement of vehicles carrying Darbar move employees from Srinagar to Jammu as the offices are opening at Jammu on November 9, 2015. No up traffic from Jammu to Srinagar including the convoys of Army and para-military forces shall be permitted to ply on the said dates, under any circumstances.
Traffic police has made elaborate arrangements for smooth movement of convoys consisting of Darbar move vehicles.
