Free roaming for BSNL users to start today
Telecommunications company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will begin its free roaming service today, under which customers will not have to pay to use mobile services while travelling outside the circle to which their connection belongs.
Apart from this, BSNL shall also be setting up 5,000 base transceiver station (BTS) towers across the country to provide better services to its customers.
According to reports, 1,250 of the BTS towers will be erected in Bihar to improve that state’s connectivity.
