Cox & Kings to promote Kashmir on domestic, international market

Leading travel company, Cox and Kings, today said it will promote Kashmir as high-end tourist destination both on the domestic as well as international markets.
In this connection Bharat Dekho Top Management of Cox and Kings held a meeting in New Delhi with Director Tourism Farooq A Shah. Top executives of Cox and Kings Global Service were present.
Shah who is also MD, J&K Tourism Development Corporation assured flexible and affordable packages to the company.
Shah stressed the need for promoting golf and conference tourism of Kashmir by the company.
The company executives showed keen interest to promote Kashmiri heritage circuit from Aali Masjid, Martand sun temple, Aishmuqam cave and Peer Ki Gali in Japan, South East Asia and Gulf countries.
Shah assured the company that JKTDC will upgrade its properties to cater to the needs of high-end tourists.
He said that Cheshmashahe cottages will be promoted as royal luxury cottages and Heemal will be upgraded to 3-stat category property.
The Director urged the team to promote Kashmir as ‘all the year, best of all tourism destination.’
