Rajnath’s claim on KP settlement exposed PDP: Yasin Malik

“The peaceful protest program on May 2, will start at 6 pm at historical Kahankah-i-Moa’ala here and people will protest against these separate colonies”.

Rajnath’s claim on KP settlement exposed PDP -Y asin MalikJammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) chairman Muhammad Yasin Malik today said the Union home minister Rajnath Singh’s statement in parliament on separate colonies for Kashmiri Pandits (KPs)  has exposed the ‘double speak’ of PDP leaders, announcing that “JKLF will organize a peaceful sit-in and procession against this idea on May 2, Saturday, at Kahnkah-i- Moula  here”.

“The peaceful protest program on May 2, will start at 6 pm at historical Kahankah-i-Moa’ala here and people will protest against these separate colonies, atrocities being committed on old city youth and innocent killings at Tral and Narbal,” Malik said in a statement.

“People of Kashmir should rise above their religious considerations and affiliations and reject this idea. Kashmiris cannot act as silent spectators over these conspiracies that are being hatched to divide people in the name of faith,” Malik said condemning, what he said, the double speak of PDP rulers on this issue.

“Mufti Muhammad Sayeed and his party are hell bent upon implementing RSS agenda in Kashmir and it is their hidden agenda to harm interests of Kashmiris while doing so. We have credible information about the proposed change in state subject rule to make it convenient for outsiders to get state subject certificate.

Likewise PDP is trying to befool people of Kashmir by saying that there is no idea of any separate colonies for KPs and that they will be given monetary support to buy lands and houses of their choice instead of settling them in separate colonies,” Malik said, adding, “The statement of Rajnath Singh has exposed these blatant lies of PDP people and in fact the reality is that these people have sold out their faith and Kashmiri interests to RSS and its allies and slowly and secretly they want to fulfill their commitments with BJP and RSS.
