Pak flags once again raised at separatist leader’s rally in Kashmir
Pakistani flags were once again raised in Jammu and Kashmir on Friday.
At least three flags were on display at separatist leader Shabbir Shah’s rally in Anantnag.
The incident comes two days after Home Minister Rajnath Singh said that hoisting/waving of Pakistani flags on Kashmir’s soil won’t be tolerated.
Last week, supporters of Hurriyat chairman Mirwaiz Umer Farooq had raised Pakistani flags in Kashmir along with terror organisation Lashkar-e-Toiba’s flags and pelted stones at security forces.
Anantnag is Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed’s constituency.
This is the sixth occasion when Pakistani flags have been raised in Jammu and Kashmir recently.
Earlier, hardline separatist leader Masrat Alam was sent to jail for raising pro-Pakistan slogans and waving the Pakistani flag on April 15.
