Major shake-up in administration

The Cabinet, which met here today under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, ordered a major reshuffle in the state administration.
As per the orders, Sundeep Kumar Nayak, Principal Secretary, Tourism Department, has been posted as the Principal Secretary, Agriculture Department.
Bipul Pathak, Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, has been posted as the Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal. Ashok Parmar, Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, has been posted as the Secretary, IT, Technical Education and Youth Services and Sports Department.
Navin Kumar Choudhary, Secretary, Finance Department, has been posted as the Principal Secretary to the CM.
Hirdesh Kumar, Secretary, Information Technology, Technical Education and Youth Services and Sports Department, has been posted as the Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department.
Sarita Chauhan, Secretary, Higher Education Department, has been posted as the Secretary, Social Welfare Department. Vineeta Gupta, Officer on Special Duty, General Administration Department, has been posted as the Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K.
Sanjeev Verma, Secretary, Social Welfare Department, has been posted as the Secretary, Public Health Engineering/ Irrigation and Flood Control Department.
Saurab Bhagat, Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department, has been posted as the Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department.
Hemant Sharma, Secretary, Culture Department, has been posted as the Secretary, Higher Education Department. Hilal Ahmad Parray, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K, has been posted as the Managing Director, Housing Board, J&K.
Dilshad Khan, Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K, has been posted as the Secretary, Culture Department.
Shafiq Ahmad Raina, Managing Director, J&K Housing Board, has been posted as the Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution Department.
Sajjad Ahmad Khan, Special Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, has been posted as the Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K.
Tasneem Majid, Special Secretary, Power Development Department, has been posted as the Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities.
