Salman, Kareena shoot for ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ in Kashmir
Very Soon the snow clad mountains of Kashmir will become all the more picturesque. This will happen due to the fact that two of Bollywood’s most beloved actors are preparing to shoot the final scenes of their highly awaited upcoming film.
The beloved actor and icon Salman Khan will soon be busy shooting his next with the stunning Kareena Kapoor. A brief shooting schedule has already been wrapped up in Delhi and currently, this upcoming movie named ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is being shot in and around the city of Mumbai. After which, the actors will be spotted shooting in the splendid locales of Kashmir. ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ is being directed by the renowned Kabir Khan, who has stated that it was decided quite early on, that his movie was to be shot in Kashmir. Recently, Kabir Khan confirmed speculations saying “Yes, we plan on travelling to Kashmir for a month long shooting schedule.” Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who is a multi award winning actor, will also share the screen with Salman and Kareena. His role in this movie is of high importance.
It has also been revealed by close sources that a major part of the film will be set in this gorgeous and lush valley. When the Kashmir schedule was proposed to Salman, he agreed instantly. Salman and Kareena have their plates full, as this schedule in the Switzerland of India is one month long and commences in February. The natural beauty of the location paired with the stunning actors and their acting will make an excellent watch. The entire cast is excited to be shooting in Kashmir and are eagerly looking forward to it. Security arrangements for the shoot will be top notch and tight without causing any problems for the residents of the area.
Kashmir was once one of Bollywood’s favourite shooting sites. The trend is being revisited as ‘Fitoor’ a movie being directed by Abhishek Kapoor, that stars Katrina Kaif and Aditya Roy Kapoor is also making use of this stunning stretch of land.
‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ features a star studded cast and an eminent director is leading the way, which is precisely why this movie has already become the sensational talk of the town. Kabir Khan and Salman have earlier given Bollywood the blockbuster named ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. It will be quite interesting to see what their union does this time. The movie is all set release on the silver screen during Eid of 2015.
