Hurriyat (G) leaders Mohammad Yousuf Naqash, Bilal Sidiqi, Hakim Abdul Rashid, Syed Bashir Andrabi and Mohammad Ramzan Khan in a joint statement to the press today said, “While India is observing Children’s Day the innocent children of Kashmir continue to remain victims of diverse forms of atrocities of Indian forces.”“Silenced to death, tortured, maimed, blinded, crippled, disabled, subjected to pellets, interrogation, confinement, mental torture, has been story of Kashmiri children under Indian rule,” they said.
“Their future of children in Kashmir is being ruined. Killing of youth is order of the day. The arrests and torture of minors is the policy of ruling regime,” they said.
