CRPF men allegedly push student off building in south Kashmir
A 12th standard student is being operated upon at a hospital in south Kashmir’s Anantnag town after he was allegedly beaten and pushed down from the first floor of a tuition centre by paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) men on Monday.
Witnesses told us that CRPF men forced their entry into a tuition centre after they some youths hurled stones at them.
“Enraged, the CRPF men went inside the coaching centre and flexed their muscles on Ozair Ahmad Bhat, son of Farooq Ahmad Bhat, a resident of Anchidora before pushing him from the first floor of the building,” said a local resident.
Bhat, he said, has suffered fractures all over his body.
“He is being operated upon at the District Hospital Anantnag,” he said.
