Hizb Divisional Commander, Molvi Ashraf killed in an encounter in Bubgam, Pulwama. When the word about the death of the militant spread, people moved towards the encounter site trying to break the cordon, however, Army and security forces opened fire on the protesters injuring 6 civilians including a 7th class student. Situation tense but under control. Encounter going on. Complete shut down in Pulwamma (CNS).
