Bar appeals separatist leadership to work out program against eviction of Jammu MuslimsAccording to a statement of Bar, its executive council expressed deep concern over the eviction of Jammu Muslims from their homes.

“It is like creating a 1947 situation in the region so as to change the demography of the state which is the ultimate agenda and goal of BJP-RSS combine, the Bar statement said.

“In the name of anti-encroachment drive on forest land the Muslim families living in different parts of Jammu from decades together, are being evicted and their homes are being raised to ground rendering them shelterless,” Bar said adding most of the government and private colonies in Jammu have come-up on the government or forest land and under Roshni Act only to benefit jammu people.

Millions Kanals of land has been regularized for peanuts, but said treatment has not been given to the Jammu Muslims and today they are being evicted from their homes and hearths to implement the RSS agenda, Bar statement said.

The Bar members requested the pro-freedom leadership to sit together and work out a program of action for defeating the nefarious designs of the communal forces who are bent upon to target the Jammu Muslims on different excuses under a well set plan.
