Gurez protests against Zee News biased reporting
Hundreds of people Thursday morning took to roads in Gurez area of Bandipora against the “biased” reporting of Zee News which according to locals telecasted propaganda news on Tuesday evening.
Angry locals said that Zee reporter bribed few pro-Indian politicians and army workers to record anti-freedom statement which were later telecasted on Zee News.
Locals said all the statements were recorded inside a BSF Camp.
They said besides having presence of more than 60000 troopers, amid 32000 population, Gurez has always supported Kashmir cause. Gurez has also observed three day shutdown against Kashmir killings.
