2-day science gadget exhibition at GGHSS Kothibagh concludes
The two-day ‘Science Gadget’ (Science Exhibition) at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Kothi Bagh concluded here today.
Minister for Education Naeem Akhter was the chief guest on the concluding ceremony.During the event, as many as 206 students from16 schools from Kashmir Valley participated and displayed their models in the field of science and technology.
The painting competition, essay competition, debate, science play and display of science models and cultural activities were also held on the occasion.
In model exhibition, S. P Higher Secondary School, Srinagar, M. P . M.L Higher Secondary School Baghi Dilawar Khan and Girls Higher Secondary School, Kothi Bagh were got first, second and third positions respectively.
Likewise, Girls Higher Secondary School Rajbagh and Girls Higher Secondary School, Kothibagh got first and second positions respectively in Science a/ Environment skit.
Mehnaz of GHSS, Amirakadal, Shaista of GHSS, Kothi bagh and Azra Batool of GHSS, Sonwar was adjudged first, second and third respectively in Essay competition.
In Painting Competetion, Mehr-ul-Nisa GHSS, Kothibagh, Bushra ansari GMS Basant Bagh and Nazran Ansari of GMS, Maisuma got first, second and third positions respectively.
Similarly, Uroosa Gazi and Sofi Nabeel of M. P. School bagged first, Rohan of S. P. School and Shaista of P. Convent bagged second and third positions respectively in debate competition.
